If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that payment processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable. In such cases, the refunded amount will be issued minus any applicable payment processing or transaction fees.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, courier disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products will be subject to Australian law.
Custom Orders Policy
Custom orders are available year-round and may be submitted by approved salon partners at any time.
All custom orders are produced specifically according to the specifications requested by the salon and are subject to the terms outlined below.
Ordering Process
Custom orders may be placed throughout the year and will be scheduled into the next available production cycle once the order details and required deposit have been received.
Salons are responsible for ensuring that all order specifications are accurate at the time of submission, including:
• Hair colours
• Lengths
• Quantities
• Extension types
• Any additional custom requirements
Once an order has been confirmed, production will be scheduled accordingly.
Minimum Order Requirement
All custom orders must meet the following minimum requirement:
• A minimum total order quantity of 3kg of hair extensions per order
Orders that do not meet this minimum quantity requirement will not be accepted or processed.
Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time the order is placed.
• Orders will only be confirmed and submitted for production once the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to dispatch of the completed order.
Production timelines begin only after the deposit has been successfully received.
Final Sale Policy
All custom orders and pre-orders are final once confirmed.
As these products are produced specifically to order, they cannot be modified once production has been scheduled.
Therefore:
• Orders cannot be amended, cancelled, exchanged, or returned once confirmed.
• Salons must carefully review all specifications before submitting their order.
Agreement to Terms
By placing a custom order, the salon confirms that:
• All order specifications have been reviewed and approved.
• The salon agrees to comply with the terms outlined in this Custom Order Policy.
Submission of an order and payment of the deposit constitute acceptance of these terms.
