One Donor Natural / Raw  Bulk Hair

Our Bulk Hair Collections are sourced from individual hair donations. This hair is rare, high-quality, and supplied in its natural bundle form.

Due to the sourcing, preparation, and value of this hair, all purchases are considered final sale.

Final Sale

• Raw hair bundles cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.

• Refunds or exchanges will only be considered where required under Australian Consumer Law, including cases where a product has been incorrectly described or misrepresented.

Because this hair is sourced from individual donors:

Each bundle is professionally washed and air-dried prior to sale to ensure quality standards are met.

Once the hair has been:

• Installed

• Worn

• Cut

• Coloured

• Bleached

• Washed

• Chemically processed

• Altered in any way

the product is considered used and accepted, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

Installation or alteration confirms the customer’s acceptance of the hair’s quality, colour, texture, and condition.

Natural hair generally responds well to professional colouring.

However:

• A strand test must always be performed before colouring the full bundle.

• Chemical services should only be performed by qualified professionals.

Masha Kis Studio is not responsible for damage caused by colouring, bleaching, chemical processing, or improper aftercare.

Due to hygiene standards and product integrity, all extension purchases are final sale.

Reporting Issues

If a product arrives damaged or appears incorrect, customers must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Hair must remain unused, uninstalled, and unaltered for any issue to be reviewed.
