Heavy 1 g bonds and one-time hair belong in the past. Our micro keratin bonds are handmade for you, with strand weights from 0.1 to 0.7 g tailored to each zone of your head. Your hair is reusable at maintenance.

Not happy with your current extensions?
You don't have to stay with the same stylist. We assess your natural hair and existing bonds, remove bulky bonds, and either reinstall your existing hair (if it's in suitable condition) or create a new set with a seamless blend.

Questions and answers
How much do hair extensions cost?
Your quote is tailored to your hair and the result you would love to achieve. The price reflects your chosen hair grade, length, number of bonds and stylist level. Send us photos of your current hair and your inspiration, and we'll provide an estimated price before you book a consultation.
How often will I need maintenance?
Usually every 12 to 16 weeks. Fine, fragile hair or specialised installations may require maintenance sooner.
Can you help with extensions installed elsewhere?
Yes, you're welcome to book with us. We'll first assess your natural hair, existing extensions and bonds, then remove your extensions and do a reinstallation or a new set. If you'd like to reuse your current hair, its suitability will need to be checked first.
Do you work with fine, thin or curly hair?
Yes. We customise the hair texture, bond size, strand weight and placement around your natural hair. For fine or delicate areas, we use smaller, lighter strands to create a discreet blend with an appropriate weight.
What hair do you use?
We specialise in Slavic single-donor hair, with a collection of over 800 ponytails. Your hair is selected to your texture and density, then individually prepared for your installation.
Which extension method do you use?
Our signature approach is customised Russian micro keratin bonds. We tailor each strand and its placement to your hair, creating a blend designed around your natural density, movement and desired result.
Can I get extensions if I have thinning hair or hair loss?
Please message us before booking so we can assess your hair and discuss suitable options privately. Suitability depends on the condition of your hair and scalp, and extensions may not be appropriate during active hair loss.
How long does an appointment take?
Installation usually takes 4 to 8 hours, depending on the size and complexity of your job. Before your appointment, we spend approximately 3 to 5 hours preparing your selected hair. This is why your consultation and installation are always booked separately.
How do I book, and is the consultation complimentary?
Start by sending photos of your hair and desired result, or completing our pre-consultation form. We'll provide an estimated price, then you can book a consultation to select your hair and finalise your plan. The consultation is from $100, fully credited towards your installation if you proceed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please contact us as early as possible. Your deposit reserves your appointment and is non-refundable. One reschedule is available with at least five business days' notice. With less notice, or if you miss your appointment, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook. Full booking terms are provided before payment.
Can I discuss my hair concerns privately?
Absolutely. If you feel sensitive about thinning, hair loss or a previous extension experience, please let us know when booking. We'll arrange a discreet conversation and take the time to understand your concerns.
Can I reuse my extension hair?
Yes, provided it remains in suitable condition. At maintenance, we remove the extensions, prepare new bonds and reinstall your hair. Each rebonding typically reduces the length by around 2 cm and some volume is lost, so we may recommend adding fresh hair to maintain your preferred result.
